Dexory is hiring a Graduate Electronics Engineer to help design, prototype, test, and develop electronic and embedded systems for autonomous robotics and logistics technology alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.

As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced Mechanical, Software, and Embedded Engineers to design, test, and develop the electronics that power our robots. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience across the full product lifecycle — from concept and prototyping through to testing and deployment.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you’ll learn quickly, take ownership of meaningful projects, and contribute directly to innovative robotics technology.
Please note: This role will require 5 days per week onsite in Wallingford.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the design and development of electronic systems, sensor interfaces, and controller boards
Assisting with PCB design, prototyping, testing, and board bring-up
Working with embedded systems and microcontrollers (STM32 preferred)
Helping develop and run hardware and system integration tests
Debugging hardware issues using standard lab equipment
Collaborating with software, mechanical, and integration teams on robotics projects
Evaluating components and contributing ideas for improving performance and reliability
Supporting prototype builds, demos, and testing activities
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field
Strong understanding of electronic fundamentals and embedded systems
Exposure to PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or similar
Familiarity with communication protocols such as SPI, CAN, UART, or Ethernet
An interest in robotics, automation, or autonomous systems
Practical hands-on engineering skills and a willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Skills
It would be great if you also have experience with:
STM32 or other 32-bit microcontrollers
C/C++ embedded programming
Soldering and electronics prototyping
Robotics or industrial systems projects
Power electronics or motor control systems
