The Role
As an EHS Graduate, you will support the Environmental, Health and Safety team across a range of major construction and engineering projects.
You will gain hands-on experience in the implementation of health and safety systems, site inspections, risk assessments, environmental management and compliance, while working alongside experienced EHS professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the EHS team in maintaining safe systems of work.
Assist with site inspections and safety audits.
Support risk assessments and method statement reviews.
Assist with incident and near-miss reporting.
Help maintain EHS records and documentation.
Support toolbox talks, inductions and safety awareness initiatives.
Assist with environmental monitoring and compliance activities.
Promote a positive health and safety culture across projects.
Work closely with site and project teams to support EHS objectives.
Requirements
Degree or relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety or a related discipline.
Strong interest in health, safety and environmental management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proactive approach and willingness to work in a construction environment.
A full driving licence is advantageous.
