This role will contribute directly to annual Scope 3 emissions calculations, supplier ESG compliance, and data model improvements, supporting both operational decision‑making and external ESG commitments (e.g. Ecovadis, SBTi). The position is project‑heavy, data‑driven, and well suited for a candidate interested in sustainable supply chains, data analytics, and ESG systems integration.

  • Contribute to the development and validation of emissions weight factors used in calculations

  • Support or enhance the TV / GO (Global Operations) emissions calculator (mirroring or improving existing internal tools)

  • Act as a driver between logistics, ESG stakeholders, and data sources to ensure consistent and auditable outputs

Warehouse Emissions & Spend Modelling

  • Support the development of a Warehouse Emissions vs Spend model

  • Improve data accuracy to support broader ESG and finance objectives

  • Analyse gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in current warehouse data

Supplier ESG Certifications – Ecovadis

  • Maintain Ecovadis certification status for ~30–35 logistics suppliers

  • Validate supplier certifications via the Ecovadis platform

  • Support questionnaire reviews and annual re‑validation cycles

  • Coordinate with 3PLs to chase updates and missing information

Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) – Supplier Monitoring (Data Administration)

  • Track whether logistics suppliers have SBTi‑aligned targets

  • Validate information via public sources and supplier communications

  • Actively chase missing confirmations from 3PLs

Supplier Emissions Data Collection & Process Improvement

  • Support annual supplier emissions data collection

  • Identify opportunities to: Improve collection efficiency; Standardise template; Centralise data (e.g. SharePoint‑based repository)

  • Propose process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve data quality

  • Interest in sustainability, ESG, or supply chain topics

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams (projects + recurring data tasks)

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Clear written and spoken communication skills

  • Comfortable engaging with internal teams and external suppliers
