Gain exposure to the full software lifecycle, from planning and design to release and maintenance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with the guidance of experienced mentors.
Participate in team ceremonies and discussions, learning how delivery and business goals align.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for motivated graduates who are ready to kick-start their engineering careers in a collaborative, learning-focused environment. You might be a recent university graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (You'll need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1).
You’ll bring:
A foundation in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python).
An understanding of software development fundamentals, from problem-solving and debugging to version control and testing.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and seek feedback.
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for working in agile, cross-functional teams.
