What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll work with multiple teams - both internally and externally, on commercial agreements, data projects, and performance optimisation to drive results.

• Your work will involve negotiating contracts, analysing performance data to boost results, and optimising customer journeys to increase engagement.

• You’ll also dive into technical integration, working with APIs, products, and data-sharing projects to help our partners deliver competitive, valuable offerings.

What we’re looking for:

• You'll need to have achieved at least a 2:1 degree.

• Be interested in working across both our commercial and core insurance teams.

• Aware of commercial impact, with the ability to be proactive, driving your own performance.

• Comfortable delivering at pace, within a regulated environment.

• Have some understanding of partnership management, along with a willingness to learn and develop product expertise.

• Able to work with anyone and understand that everyone has a different perspective – and know that’s what makes it exciting.

• You will be comfortable in gathering and interpreting market insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within our products and customer journeys.
