The Colas GPS Graduate Programme is a 2‑year, fully funded international journey for ambitious Civil Engineering graduates ready to work on cutting‑edge projects and fast‑track their careers.
What You’ll Get:

3 rotations across 3 countries – 6 months in Ireland (Dublin, Galway, Ennis or Athlone) followed by 1.5 years international assignments.

Your Role:
From your first day, you’ll play a key part in managing site operations, tracking project milestones, and collaborating with teams to deliver world‑class infrastructure. Whether it’s bridges, high‑tech facilities, or iconic transport networks, you’ll work on projects that shape communities and make an impact.
This programme begins in Ireland and includes rotations across multiple EU countries. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the start date and be able to travel and work freely across the EU as part of the programme. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this programme.
Who We’re Looking For:
Recent Civil Engineering graduates with a passion for infrastructure and sustainability.
Adaptable, curious problem‑solvers keen to embrace new cultures and challenges.
Fluent in English (other languages welcome) and willing to travel.
