This Commercial Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational Graduate programme providing hands-on experience across field sales, marketing, digital commerce, key account management and revenue growth management within an FMCG business.

What You Can Expect
Diverse Rotational Experience
Over two years, you'll complete three rotations across key areas of our Commercial function, giving you valuable exposure to different parts of the business.
Your journey will begin in our Field Sales Team, where you'll work directly with customers and gain first-hand insight into the commercial engine of our business.
Subsequent rotations will provide exposure to areas such as:
Marketing
Digital Commerce
Key Account Management
Revenue Growth Management
Each rotation will involve business-critical projects where you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, solve challenges, and create meaningful impact.
Learning & Development
Continuous learning is at the heart of our programme. Alongside on-the-job experience, you'll participate in a structured development curriculum designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, challenge themselves, and make a difference.
You will:
Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last two years
Hold (or be working towards) a relevant third-level qualification
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute
Be naturally curious and interested in improving processes and outcomes
Have an interest in data, analytics, and commercial decision-making
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
Hold a full, clean driving licence
