About The Job
This is a unique entry-level opportunity to join our Global Corporate People & Organisation (P&O) team at Chanel. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment and gain first-hand experience across key aspects of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
You will collaborate closely with experienced professionals across Chanel’s Global Corporate functions, making a tangible impact on our recruitment efforts and broader people initiatives within HR Operations. This role offers a rare chance to develop a holistic understanding of HR centres of expertise within a global luxury context.
What Impact You Will Create
Recruitment Support:
Sourcing & Market Mapping
Review candidate profiles via internal systems and assist in shortlisting
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Conduct initial candidate screenings and exploratory conversations
Performance Initiatives:
Assist with projects related to the Performance lifecycle for Global Corporate
Design and execute manager and employee training modules for key momentss
Drive expanded use of established Performance dashboard among HR Business Partner community
Use analytics to drive engagement and inform planning through regular reporting on training and learning needs
HR Operations:
Provide administrative, reporting and project support on a variety of HR topics

What You Will Bring
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable but not essential. Equivalent practical experience or a genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition will also be considered.
You must be able to speak and write fluently in English to ensure clear communication with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with confidence in Excel for data management and analytics, and PowerPoint for presentations.
Experience with or willingness to learn Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter for recruitment and sourcing.
Ability to interpret and work with data, using dashboards and analytics to inform recruitment and HR initiatives.
General digital literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
