Role Overview

As an ESG Solutions & Analytics Intern, you will support the implementation, management, and improvement of ESG tools and data processes across the organisation.Working closely with the ESG Solutions Project Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating ESG tool deployment and helping transform ESG data into actionable insights. This role offers exposure to sustainability reporting, digital ESG platforms, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Sustainability, Finance, and IT teams.


What You’ll Do


ESG Tool Implementation Support

  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of ESG tools used for sustainability reporting.
  • Support the gathering, validation, and organisation of ESG data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Help document business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Assist in preparing user guides, documentation, and training materials for internal users.


Data & Analytics

  • Support ESG data analysis and reporting activities.
  • Help build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Excel.
  • Contribute to improving data quality controls and documentation of ESG data definitions.


Project Coordination & Agile Support

  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, backlog items, and task tracking.
  • Support preparation of sprint meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Help track project deliverables and document enhancement requests.


Stakeholder Engagement & User Support

  • Support communication between Sustainability, Finance, and IT teams during tool implementation.
  • Help gather user feedback on ESG tools and assist in documenting improvement requests.
  • Assist with training sessions or internal communications to encourage adoption of ESG systems.


What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ESG topics, sustainability reporting, and digital tools.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Interest in project coordination, data governance, and tool implementation.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
