Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for a graduate looking to start their career in commercial operations, logistics, or international business within a global organisation.
As an Account Specialist – Orders Management, you’ll join the Order Fulfilment team, supporting Caterpillar dealers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing international orders from entry through to shipment and delivery, while developing your understanding of international trade, export processes, and supply chain coordination.
Based in Larne, this role offers strong exposure to global operations, structured on‑the‑job learning, and the chance to build a solid foundation for future career progression within Caterpillar.
What You’ll Be Doing
With full training and team support, you will:
Act as a key point of contact for Caterpillar dealers and internal teams
Process and manage commercial orders from order entry through to delivery
Analyse order and logistics data to support smooth order fulfilment
Coordinate international logistics and transportation from factory to customer
Support export documentation and invoicing processes
Communicate regularly with dealers to ensure high service levels
Monitor delivery timelines and help resolve order or shipment issues
Prepare basic reports and support process controls
Issue debits and credits where required
Gradually build knowledge of international trade, shipping, and compliance
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Education (Preferred)
Degree (or equivalent) in Commercial, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Business, or a related field
Technical Skills
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Interest in developing skills in data tools such as Power BI or AI‑enabled systems
You do not need prior experience in all of the below, but any exposure or academic understanding is advantageous:
Logistics or supply chain coordination
Export or international trade processes
Freight forwarding or shipping
Commercial documentation (e.g. invoices, Letters of Credit)
Customer service in a business‑to‑business environment
