Our Graduate Programme is designed to support you to do this and make a real impact from day one. The Transport Strategy and Infrastructure Team plays a key role in shaping how people move across the County, supporting economic growth, sustainability and community wellbeing.

The team works on a wide range of projects, policies and programmes, from developing transport strategies and securing funding to delivering infrastructure improvements and supporting regional transport priorities across South West Wales.
