This entry-level local government construction management and building infrastructure scheme focuses on capital maintenance, civic building refurbishment, and minor works delivery. It trains recent graduates over a two-year contract to run varied property improvement projects safely and efficiently, master industry-specific digital tools, and complete a professional or postgraduate qualification.

The Property Maintenance Team delivers capital maintenance and refurbishment projects across a wide range of Council buildings. Working on varied projects, the team ensures improvements are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, supporting service delivery across the County.
