About the job you’re considering
We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini in the Managed Services area of Cloud Infrastructure Services on our Graduate Rotation Programme.
This programme is designed to accelerate the development of future talent through structured rotations across key areas of the Managed Services business. Participants will gain broad exposure to operational delivery, service management, customer engagement, transformation initiatives, governance activities and business operations, providing a well-rounded foundation for a successful career within Capgemini.
The programme complements Capgemini's wider graduate development offering and provides opportunities to gain practical experience, build networks and contribute to meaningful business outcomes
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
Your role
Throughout the programme, you will:
Complete a series of structured rotations across different Managed Services functions.
Support projects, operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with a variety of stakeholders, including delivery teams, managers, clients and support functions.
Analyse data and produce reports to support business decision-making.
Participate in governance meetings, workshops and planning activities.
Assist with business transformation and innovation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
Build an understanding of service delivery, commercial awareness and operational excellence.
Take ownership of your personal and professional development through ongoing learning and feedback.
Your skills and experience
A degree achieved or predicted at 2:2 or above (or equivalent).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
