Role Purpose:
As part of our Quality team, you will be responsible for Quality arrangements for the Civils scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), long term quality reports (LTQRs) and submission management.
To present on Quality matters to project teams, suppliers and client organisations.
Tracking Quality records and managing key data activities (KDAs).
About You:
A good understanding of Civil Engineering or other regulated construction industries.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow processes.
IT literate.
Education & Qualifications:
A 2:1 degree or above in Civil Engineering or similar
You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on the job training. Our programme offers a balance of training and on the job learning to support your transition to becoming an accomplished professional.
Graduates will take responsibility and accountability for their careers, while we offer guidance and support to help you reach your goals. We will support your route to chartership and give you the opportunity to develop different skill sets outside of your specialism. The duration of the graduate programme will be spent on the BYLOR project with the potential to see different aspects of the project in this time.
