Your tasks
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Foreign Trade Operations Department team as a Foreign Trade Operations Apprentice!
Our department (GS/OSD4-EMEA2) takes responsibility for all aspects of foreign trade (customs) for multiple Bosch companies around the UK & IE. We drive development of foreign trade competencies within the organisation whilst ensuring compliance, delivering operational excellence and driving cost savings for the various businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with relevant UK and IE legislation as well as the Bosch Central Directive "Customs“, you will act as first level support for stakeholder queries utilising the Foreign Trade ticketing system (ESM). By using external customs brokers for the majority of the import/export declarations, you will assist in their management with the target to drive their operational improvements.
The organisation needs to constantly adapt to the ever-changing regulatory requirements, whilst embracing digitalisation with this role expected to be integral in this digital change
Your profile
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
