About This Role:
As HR Graduate, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, immersing yourself in both operational and project-based activities. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions while contributing to the enhancement of workplace culture and employee experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, engage in creating impactful internal communications, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded HR skillset, covering areas such as training and development, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, organizational culture, communications, and HR administration. You'll be working within an inclusive and high-performance culture that values continuous learning, ownership, and professional growth.
Our graduate program aims to refine your skills through hands-on experience, providing real responsibility and opportunities to collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership teams on significant people projects. This role will lay a strong foundation for your future career in Human Resources.
This role is available on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, due to start in September. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on site in our Maidenhead offices.
What You’ll Do:
Support employee relations and organizational change activities with discretion and professionalism.
Attend ER-related meetings, accurately document proceedings, and maintain confidential records.
Project manage and deliver initiatives like Learning & Development programs and mentoring activities.
Contribute to culture and engagement workstreams, involving action planning from employee feedback.
Prepare project plans, timelines, stakeholder updates, and delivery materials.
Design and deliver HR communications to support people initiatives and change activities.
Produce engaging content for various channels, ensuring consistent branding and visual quality.
Support annual benefits renewal activities and liaise with external providers.
Assist with wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee experience and respond to employee queries.
Support the design and delivery of onboarding resources to enrich the new starter experience.
Collaborate with employee networks and stakeholders to promote inclusion and community.
Analyse HR reporting and analytics data to identify trends and insights.
Support the review and maintenance of HR policies and digital solutions for efficient information access.

Required Skills:
Degree in HR/Business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in HR, People Operations, or a related placement/internship.
Experience supporting projects or employee initiatives.
Exposure to data, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
