A few examples of your responsibilities

• Support one of our core legal teams. Join one of our core legal areas—corporate M&A, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy, or compliance—and support the team by contributing to research, drafting and day-to-day operations.

• Draft and negotiate contracts. Help prepare and review commercial agreements, internal policies, governance materials, and compliance documentation, working closely with more experienced team members to deliver practical legal support.

• Partner across the business. Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions, and other functions—alongside external counsel where needed—to help address legal and regulatory questions in a fast-moving, global environment.

• Support acquisitions and corporate matters. Contribute to cross-border M&A transactions, investments, and corporate governance activities by conducting legal research, supporting due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

• Build scalable legal tools. Create and maintain forms, playbooks, and other scalable tools—integrating AI-powered workflows to support the company’s high-growth business.

• Stay ahead of regulation. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discounted price. Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £85,797 in London and €66,065 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £112,189 and £250,512 in London, and €107,837 and €188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation that extends beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able to receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
