Barclays is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this programme as the role does not currently meet the UK Home Office eligibility requirements for Skilled Worker sponsorship.
To be eligible, you must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK for the entire duration of the graduate programme, from August 2027 to August 2029, without requiring sponsorship from Barclays.

Purpose of the role
To participate in the attraction and retention of customers and clients, communicating the benefits of banking with Barclays, working on diverse projects, including branding, advertising, social media, digital marketing, events, sponsorships and sales collateral.
Accountabilities
Execution of small research projects, research to support strategic decision making, preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for marketing.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for marketing.
Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support to clients and customers, under steadily decreasing supervision, responding to questions about products and services, processing of transactions, and resolution of customer complaints.
