Graduate Digital Construction Engineer role at BAM supporting BIM modelling, digital construction processes, and project delivery on major construction and infrastructure projects.

Making Possible
Liaise with other departments and project teams within the company with respect to modelling requirements.
Ensure that all modelling work is carried out in compliance with PAS 1192 and BAM modelling and CAD standards.
Ensure that BAM standards are continually updated in line with the current industry standards.
Process information such as site surveys and point cloud data to assist with model creation.
Understand and implement digital construction procedures in models and drawings.
Ensure all work is managed and delivered on time.
Ensure that models are prepared, stored, issued and archived in accordance with company procedures.

What do you bring to the role?
Completed Degree in Digital Construction or relevant discipline in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2026 (other relevant disciplines may also be considered)
Team player with efficient time management skills.
Good communication abilities.
Commitment to working towards your Professional Development journey
Basic understanding of ISO19650.
Strong interest in digital construction / digital facilities management.
Demonstrate the BAM Values.
Assist in supporting digital tools/applications under expert guidance.
Participate in capturing and communicating best practices within the team.
Adhere to and learn company policies on safety, environmental and quality standards.
Contributes to DPS Competence Centres, where possible, within areas of expertise.
