What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, your job is like helping plan and construct things like roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll work on-site and in the office, learning how to design, build, and maintain these structures whilst ensuring everything is built correctly and safely.
Who we're looking for
For Graduates with a degree in a Civil or Structural Engineering, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
This role involves regular site-based visits, including travel on-site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver's license.
