What you’ll be doing: 

A Graduate Project Manager supports the delivery of business and technical projects by working with experienced Programme Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Control professionals. You’ll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, contributing to planning, control, and assurance. Roles may include Project Management Office support, Portfolio Management, and Service Delivery.

You’ll help set up, deliver and close projects, including managing finances and assist with governance and reporting. You’ll also support senior managers, track risks, and monitor delivery performance. In Service Delivery, you’ll drive service improvements, manage incidents, and contribute to client reporting, while gradually gaining more responsibility and autonomy.

Qualification requirements

You must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a minimum 2:2 bachelor’s degree or a pass at master’s level in the following subjects: STEM related subjects.
