It supports the development of complex, networked simulations for front‑line training activities, as well as the preparation, integration and improvement of advanced software toolsets such as computational fluid dynamics or electromagnetics simulations.

The role covers the validation and documentation of toolsets for customers, users and developers, alongside the development of new prototype Virtual Reality or Artificial Intelligence based demonstrators to enhance product usability and inform design decisions.

Core Duties

• Create simulation solutions and integrate with existing capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, partners companies and customers to understand possibilities, expectations and requirements.
• Manage, estimate and plan own tasks and eventually others.
• Develop skills knowledge and experience through tasking, reading and training both ‘on the job’ and through courses.
• Support colleagues technically to deliver on team objectives.

The Air Team

We have a proud heritage in the development, manufacture, upgrade and support of world-leading combat and fast jet trainer aircraft. We operate across the globe, supporting design, production, and provision of aircraft including Typhoon, F-35 and Tempest.
