Trainee Commercial Property Estate Agent

Supports commercial property surveying through valuations, inspections, property management, and client advisory while working towards RICS qualification.

We are a dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors seeking a motivated and ambitious A Level leaver, graduate or similar to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse commercial surveying profession, the successful candidate will be expected to work within all sectors covered by BA Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with property valuations, inspections, viewings and market research

• Support lease advisory, property/asset management, and agency instructions

• Prepare reports and presentations for clients

• Work closely with senior surveyors on live projects

About You:

• Organised, strong analytical and communication skills

• Commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Ambition to work towards RICS Commercial pathway qualification

• Valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance
