Tax graduate

This is a graduate accountant training programme designed to help you become a fully qualified accountant over 3.5 years.

What you'll need

• Right to work in Ireland from your start date.

• Hold an Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

• Be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree.

• Achieve a minimum of 450 points in your Leaving Cert or equivalent.

Your Role as an Associate Graduate Trainee

As an Associate Graduate Trainee, you’ll join a highly experienced and supportive team, gaining hands-on exposure across audit, tax, and accounting. You’ll be encouraged to broaden your experience, take ownership of your development, and continuously build your technical and professional skillset — all with full support throughout your journey.
