The Role

This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart a career in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Reporting to the Bid Team Manager, you’ll have day-to-day mentoring from our Senior Bid Writer.

You’ll be crafting compelling responses to procurement questions with specific answers designed to score well against evaluation criteria in competitive tenders. Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business, you will gather case studies, validate operational details, and build a library of proven evidence that supports future bids. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyse: Review procurement documents to extract key requirements and evaluation criteria

• Create: Draft well-structured, persuasive written content that addresses client needs

• Collaborate: Work with stakeholders to develop ‘win themes’ and gather technical information

• Manage: Support quality assurance to ensure every bid is compliant, accurate, and on time.

• Build: Maintain an evidence bank of operational success stories and data

The Ideal Candidate

• A degree-level qualification (ideally English Literature or an essay-based subject)

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to turn complex information into a clear narrative

• The ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
