The Opportunity 

We’re looking for graduates who are curious about how energy systems work and motivated to help clients move from ambition to delivery. You should enjoy solving unfamiliar problems, working with others and explaining technical ideas clearly. 

You should be working towards, or have recently completed, a degree with a predicted or achieved 2:1 or above in Electrical Engineering. A master’s degree is welcome but not essential where your degree and experience provide a strong technical foundation. 

  • A genuine interest in energy, decarbonisation and infrastructure 

  • Sound engineering judgement and confidence working with numbers and data 

  • Clear written, verbal and visual communication 

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to seek, share and act on feedback; 

  •  Initiative, organisation and the ability to manage priorities 

Is this role right for you?   

For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes:  A bachelor's degree in relevant academic discipline, such as Electrical Engineering and Electrical Power Systems.  

Skills and technical experience interested in 

Knowledge of power systems, renewable generation, energy storage, energy modelling. CAD, GIS, Python, MATLAB or data-visualisation tools would be useful, but we do not expect applicants to have experience in every area.

  • Full working rights in the country of application  

  • No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role  

  • Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
