Trainee Claims Advisor

A graduate-friendly Trainee Claims Advisor role at Arc Legal, handling legal expenses claims, supporting customers, and coordinating with solicitors to ensure claims are managed efficiently and fairly.

We are looking for a Trainee Claims Advisors to join our team, based out of our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll be responsible for assessing and progressing legal expenses claims while supporting customers throughout the process.

This includes:

• Reviewing and assessing new legal expenses claims

• Determining whether claims fall within policy coverage

• Liaising with solicitors to monitor claim progress

• Providing clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email

• Managing and progressing your own caseload

• Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly
