We’ll support you in building strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, including an understanding of data management, manipulation, rectification and benefit calculations.

You do not need to join us with these role-specific technical skills already developed. Through structured learning, practical experience and support from colleagues, you’ll build your capability in querying and manipulating data across sources using SQL; using Python and modelling platforms across the analytical pipeline; analysing patterns, testing scenarios, interpreting results and challenging assumptions; progressing from baseline outputs to more advanced analytical methods; building and improving data pipelines that produce and process analytical data; maintaining data governance and lineage so analysis is accurate and traceable; validating machine-produced data against agreed tolerances, investigating exceptions and supporting data-quality sign-off; and coordinating and owning delivery across concurrent analytical workstreams.

Your career beyond your Graduate programme

Once you’ve completed the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. As well as continued technical and business skills training. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, which are considered twice a year, enabling you to progress from a Graduate Analyst to Associate Consultant, then Consultant and beyond.
