What are we looking for?
We recognise the value for our Early Careers colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new apprentice, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office (5 days a week) to support your learning, development, and progression.
This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
Right to work
Our apprentices are on permanent contracts from day one. We welcome applications from candidates who have their own right to work within the UK where you can maintain and demonstrate your right to work throughout the duration of your employment. This may include pre-settled or settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme – or if you have applied and you are waiting for a decision.
