About the Role: 

Are you a graduate Planner ready to make a real-world impact? Join a growing team delivering an innovative and essential infrastructure project that will serve millions across East Anglia. 

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Planner to support the programme planning of the delivery of Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure elements of our major potable water transfer project. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively in a high-demand sector, developing this project that will protect the environment and support communities across the region. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed project programmes using planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project) 

• Monitor project progress and help identify risks, delays, or opportunities for improvement 

• Work alongside engineers, project managers, and commercial teams to coordinate key milestones 

• Support the production of reports, dashboards, and lookahead schedules 

• Attend project meetings and contribute to short- and long-term planning activities 

• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards 

What We’re Looking For: 

• A 2:2 degree or above in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline 

• A genuine interest in project controls, scheduling, or infrastructure delivery 

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills 

• A proactive, detail-driven approach and a willingness to learn 

• Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
