This graduate position focuses on supporting the implementation, development, and operational performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes, giving you hands-on experience with equipment validation, technology transfers, and root-cause analysis in a regulated environment.

Technical Specialists play a key role in supporting the introduction, development, and ongoing performance of pharmaceutical products and processes within packaging or manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are keen to apply their technical knowledge and work within a multi‑disciplinary team while building strong foundations for a long‑term technical career.

What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent level qualification) in a scientific, engineering or related technical discipline
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK, or possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
