This entry-level graduate position focuses on the day-to-day execution and efficiency of technical manufacturing and packaging operations, requiring direct collaboration with quality control, engineering, and compliance teams to safely produce medicines in a highly regulated GMP environment.
The Opportunity
Be at the heart of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations. Our Production Technician graduate roles offer hands‑on experience in GMP environments, where you’ll develop strong technical expertise, teamwork skills and a deep understanding of how medicines are produced safely and efficiently.
Production Technicians will apply technical expertise within either the Manufacturing or Packaging departments. The primary function of the role is to ensure the efficient and effective running of technical operations, in accordance with associated protocols, whilst maintaining operational compliance and adhering to Health and Safety policies.
What you’ll learn and develop
Hands‑on experience whilst working with multiple teams including Technical Support, Quality Control, Quality Compliance, Technical Quality, Engineering & Facilities to ensure that operations are planned and executed in an efficient manner.
Learn to assist with the design and delivery of training to other Almac personnel for equipment and processes.

What you need to be successful
A-Level (or equivalent) Qualifications.
Willingness to learn and apply new skills whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy in any work carried out.
Ability to work on your own initiative whilst contributing within a team environment.
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK, or possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
Additional Requirements:
This role may require coverage beyond normal working hours. It is a condition of your employment that you can fulfil this requirement of the role.
