What You’ll Do
As an FP&A Graduate / FP&A Analyst, you’ll support overhead forecasting, undertake detailed cost and inventory analysis, and help prepare key financial reports for senior leaders. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering Finance, as well as partnering with budget holders and the wider finance team, to deliver accurate insights that contribute to strong operational and financial performance.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and confidence working with data and financial systems. You’ll be proactive, organised, and comfortable working with stakeholders both inside and outside finance. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex information will help you excel in this role.
Bonus if you have:
Part‑qualified accountant status (or working towards it)
A degree in a finance‑related discipline
