Are you passionate about food quality, safety and continuous improvement? Do you want to build a career at the heart of one of the UK's leading food manufacturing businesses, working with products that reach customers across the country every day?

The Quality and Technical function at ABP plays a critical role in ensuring our products are safe, legally compliant and consistently meet customer expectations. Main Duties & Responsibilities

Your ultimate goal will be to progress towards becoming a Technical Manager within one of our UK sites. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility, work alongside senior leaders and gain hands-on experience across all areas of the technical function.

Throughout the programme, you will:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of quality, food safety and technical standards across the business.

  • Gain insight into animal welfare requirements and their importance throughout the supply chain.

  • Support the implementation and communication of technical legislation, ABP standards and customer requirements.

  • Assist with audits, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Help ensure robust systems are in place to monitor, review and maintain compliance across operations.

  • Work collaboratively with operational, commercial and technical teams to drive business performance.

  • Build the confidence and capability to champion quality and technical excellence throughout the organisation.

By the end of the programme, you will have developed the expertise, leadership skills and commercial understanding required to pursue a successful career as a Technical Manager.
