Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for storytelling? We are looking for a Marketing Executive to become the voice and personality behind the UnitedUs brand. This role is uniquely designed for a curious generalist—someone who wants to explore the many different sides of the creative industry.Whether you are a recent graduate, looking to change careers, or returning to the workforce after a break, this position offers a highly supportive environment where you can learn how strategy, copywriting, and design intersect to build powerful brands. You don’t need years of agency experience to apply. We are looking for someone with potential, energy, and a desire to learn. You will be working directly alongside our senior team, gaining insights and mentorship that usually take years to acquire. Your role at UnitedUsAs our Marketing Executive, you will be the thread that connects our internal creative work with the outside world. You will help us stay top-of-mind by capturing the daily vibe of our studio and sharing our expertise with our community.How you’ll spend your 3 days a week:Social media: Planning and posting engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Content creation: Using your “creative eye” to film behind-the-scenes moments and photograph studio life.Events & community: Helping coordinate studio parties, client dinners, and community events.Writing & newsletters: Managing our regular client newsletters and helping collate details for project case studies.Studio support: Ensuring our client workshops run smoothly and advertising our studio hire.A supportive path for growthWe don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We will actively support you as you develop a broad range of skills:Master new tools: Get hands-on experience with industry-leading AI and design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva, Gemini, and Perplexity.Find your passion: As you progress, we will help you either remain a versatile generalist or, if you find a specific area you love (like strategy or creative), help you specialise in it for your future career.Defined onboarding: We have a clear plan for your first 90 days to ensure you feel settled and confident, moving from learning the ropes to owning the process.What we’re looking forDigital literacy: You’re an active social media user who is comfortable picking up new tech, from website managers to AI tools.Organisation: You have a natural rigour when it comes to deadlines and keeping things on track.Collaborative spirit: You enjoy working with others and want to play an active role in studio culture and team rituals.Clear communication: You value respect and clarity in everything you do, whether you’re replying to a comment or greeting a guest.We are an equal opportunities employerAt UnitedUs, we celebrate diversity, inclusivity and equal opportunity.
