We're committed to excellence in everything we do, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values to join our team.The graduate Technical Support Engineer will work within the Training and Application Support team to provide our worldwide dealer network with technical support information and solutions.What you’ll do:Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality multimedia content, including machine renders and animations, to support marketing literature, product training materials and site layout proposals.Provide technical application support for the Terex Crushing, screening and conveyor range to the internal sales team, dealers and when necessary, end usersAttend site to collect and analyse application and performance data from new and existing product for use in plant simulationsAssist in other departmental functions such as the creation of Aggflows, Cost Calculators, Visio DrawingsCreating, updating and occasionally delivering product training presentationsAttending industry trade shows, conferences, or open daysIdentify and undertake additional personal development courses to continually improve your training & presentation skillsThis above description is non-exhaustive and there may be additional duties in accordance with the role.What you’ll bring:Experience & QualificationsEngineering Degree or similarExperience or working knowledge of multimedia content creation tools, including 3D rendering, animation, video editing or graphic design software, would be advantageous.Creativity, innovative thinking and excellent organizational skillsGood English communication skill, both written and spokenCompetent with Microsoft Office toolsKnowledge, Skills & abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteEffective project management and planning / organizational skillsSomeone who cultivates a team spirit with the respect of others’ ideas and requirementsCapable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team as and when requiredAbility to manage multiple tasks / projects at one timeAble to assess workload and commit to realistic timelines with given resourcesExcellent attention to detailWillingness to travel abroad occasionallyWillingness to carry out “hands-on” work in the field with service team when required.Why Join Us:We are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values — Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
