As well as getting new grads onboarded and connected with the company globally. ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose:As the EPMO function has expanded its services globally there is a need to continue to grow and bring in new talent to help drive the team forwards and ensure we have global coverage. With a variety of projects being undertaken within the EPMO there is a need for a Graduate Project Manager to come in to support other Project Managers and run some smaller initiatives where required. Primary duties will include: Assisting in the management and delivery of projects to ensure they fall within the agreed scope and budget.Liaising with team members and management to establish project roadmaps.Pulling together and maintaining project documentation using a variety of project tools.Planning and managing resource allocation with other competing priorities.Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.Preparing presentations to update senior team members on project progress and showcasing a project’s value.Delegating tasks to team members where required.Working with senior management to continually improve current processes.Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.QualificationsStoneX Essential QualificationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretionSound verbal/written communication abilitiesEffective interpersonal skillsSense of urgencyHonesty, curiosity, and tenacityStrong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detailThe confidence to fail Early Careers RequirementsRecent graduate (2025-2026)Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer Working environment:Hybrid (4 days)/In-office Travel may be required
