Through these activities, the team provides insight, challenge and assurance that help SSE achieve its strategic objectives.Our Enterprise Risk & Assurance Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who want to develop commercial and analytical expertise while making a real impact from day one. Over two years, you'll gain broad exposure across SSE, building a strong understanding of our business, strategy and operations while developing the skills needed for a long-term career in assurance, governance, risk or audit.You'll gain experience across a range of assurance activities, including:- Assurance and audit activities that provide insight and improve business performance.- Risk identification, assessment and management.- Data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.- Governance and compliance within a complex and regulated organisation.- Stakeholder engagement and business improvement.- Continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen processes and ways of working.Alongside real business experience, you'll benefit from mentoring, structured development opportunities and support from experienced colleagues across SSE.
