You will be supported to learn on the job while managing a varied portfolio with confidence and growing precision. The candidate will be supported towards successfully obtaining their chartered status through the successful completion of their APC.Key responsibilities will include:Assisting with lease reading and tracking compliance with key covenants.Supporting property inspections and identifying maintenance or H&S issues.Helping with credit control, including chasing arrears and reconciling accounts.Assisting with service charge implementation and budget administration.Acting as a point of contact for tenant liaison.Maintaining organised records and managing multiple tasks.Preparing reports for clients and senior management.
