From cutting-edge football stadiums like Tottenham Hotspur and Everton, to iconic landmarks like The Shard, and pioneering projects in nuclear and renewable energy- you will be part of something extraordinary.If you're passionate about engineering and driven to work on projects that shape the future, Severfield is the place to start your journey. Vacancy DetailsAs part of the Graduate Scheme, you will start your journey in our dynamic design department, to develop your abilities and confidence, working on iconic projects.You will then rotate through key departments including Pre-Construction, Commercial, Project Management, and even spend time on-site, gaining a full understanding of how world-class structures come to life.Over the four-year course, you’ll build the technical expertise, commercial awareness, and real-world experience needed to become a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE). Severfield will guide & support you every step of the way.We’re looking for:A BEng in Civil or Structural EngineeringIdeally, you’ll be pursuing a Master’s in Civil EngineeringSeverfield value resilience, creativity, and determination - qualities that help our engineers thrive in challenging and rewarding environments.
