We aim to become the most trusted brand for people over 50, in this role you can be part of the journey. As our Data Delivery Executive, you will be working with our CRM marketing teams, data analytics and data engineering teams. You’ll need to have a passion for customers, digital journeys, omni channel, customer habits and insights and ultimately love working with data and numbers. You will be a competent excel user and keen to learn Adobe Analytics and other tools such as Tableau and Jira. You could be keen to develop a career in data, data governance, analytics or even marketing performance. You may have already graduated or could be approaching graduation this year. We would be keen to learn more about you and your motivations to come and work with us here at Saga! We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. In this team we work mainly from Folkestone and come together once or twice a week. This could be more frequent when we are working with other teams on data projects across Saga Travel, Saga Magazine, Saga Money and Saga Insurance.  Role ResponsibilityAs our Data Delivery Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and rollout of initiatives that grow our first party data and improve consent and personalisation. We are expanding our central Data Strategy team, there’s plenty of exciting projects on the horizon plus our ambition to increase the customer reach across the UK. We aim to become the most trusted brand for people over 50, in this role you can be part of the journey. As our Data Delivery Executive, you will be working with our CRM marketing teams, data analytics and data engineering teams. You’ll need to have a passion for customers, digital journeys, omni channel, customer habits and insights and ultimately love working with data and numbers. You will be a competent excel user and keen to learn Adobe Analytics and other tools such as Tableau and Jira. You could be keen to develop a career in data, data governance, analytics or even marketing performance. You may have already graduated or could be approaching graduation this year. We would be keen to learn more about you and your motivations to come and work with us here at Saga! We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. In this team we work mainly from Folkestone and come together once or twice a week. This could be more frequent when we are working with other teams on data projects across Saga Travel, Saga Magazine, Saga Money and Saga Insurance.  Role ResponsibilityAs our Data Delivery Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, and rollout of initiatives that grow our first party data and improve consent and personalisation. This is an excellent entry role for a recent graduate or early career professional with strong organisational and analytical skills and a passion for data driven marketing and GDPR aware customer experiences. What you’ll do •   Support delivery of the data strategy backlog, help write user stories, coordinate cross functional meetings, draft test cases, track actions, and update status. •   Assist with consent and preference journey improvements, documentation, and checks in collaboration with Legal/Compliance. •   Help implement and measure data capture experiments (e.g., sign up flows, forms, value exchange offers) and compile results and insights. •   Partner with Analytics/MarTech to set up segments, QA metadata/taxonomies, and perform light UAT on new integrations and tools. •   Produce clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting progress against KPIs and recommended next steps. •   Learn and share: keep abreast of data driven marketing and GDPR best practice and contribute to team playbooks. The Ideal CandidateWhat you could bring to the role: •   Passion for data – how it is used in a customer facing business model and UK legislation •   Keen to learn and develop in a large organisation •   Curiosity with foundational data skills (spreadsheets, dashboards, basic A/B testing concepts) and a willingness to learn mar tech tools. •   Strong organisation and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple teams Ideally; •   Had exposure to CRM, CDP or marketing automation platforms •   Familiarity with analytics basics, and an interest in BI tools •  Experience or interest in products for customers aged 50+ Saga Values: Make it Happen, Do the Right Thing, Customer First, Excellence Every Day, Our People Make Us SpecialPackage DescriptionAt Saga we recognise that our people make us special.
