Graduate Operational Investment Surveyor supporting the management, valuation, acquisition, disposal, leasing, inspection, and strategic development of Runnymede Borough Council’s property portfolio while progressing toward RICS membership.About The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Runnymede Borough Council as we continue our positive work modernising and optimising our corporate estate. The successful applicant will be appointed under the Council’s current grading and salary structure and, following implementation of the new framework, will be assimilated into the revised pay structure in line with all existing employees. About YouWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven graduate who’s ready to build a career in property, estates, and asset management.
