From day one, you'll follow a clearly defined development pathway with a bespoke training plan tailored to your experience, interests, and ambitions.In your first two years, you'll undertake a part-time RICS-accredited Master's degree alongside practical, hands-on project work designed to build exposure to the key competencies required for chartership. From year two onwards, you'll commence the APC process with structured support including bi-monthly Q&A sessions, regular 1-2-1s with your APC counsellor, in-house and external review sessions, and mock exams - with the goal of achieving chartership on your terms and your timeline.Opportunities for development and role diversification are regularly reviewed on a bi-annual basis to ensure your career goals are on track.
