This specialized environmental graduate scheme within a water market industrial automation firm focuses on corporate decarbonization and ESG compliance, training graduates to analyze emissions data, conduct embodied carbon assessments, and implement the PAS 2080 carbon management standard across the supply chain.What Are We Looking For?Due to continued growth, RSE Controls have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Graduate to join the team in either Leeds or Nottingham on a full-time permanent basis.Graduates are fundamental in shaping the future of both RSE Controls and the water crisis, and we encourage young people to join our team and launch their career developing innovative solutions that will have a real impact within the water industry.Some of Your Key Duties Include:Assist in preparing and delivering sustainability reports for both internal and external use.Collect and analyse sustainability data including organisational carbon footprint, waste, water, energy use etc.Support ESG Compliance proceduresResearch and collaborate on innovation projects related to low carbon technologiesDeliver client reporting requirements including embodied carbon assessmentsSupport the integration of the business pillar into RSE’s ESG strategySupport communications and engagement on sustainability both internally and externallyEngage with RSE’s Supply Chain to support the reduction of our scope 3 emissions and improve Supply Chain GovernanceSupport the implementation of PAS2080 across the businessSupport in developing and monitoring the Environmental Management Systems (EMS)What do you need?You will have graduated within the last two years.Qualified in an Engineering/Sustainability/Environmental or other related degree.A genuine passion for sustainability and its applications.Computer literate – proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Full UK Driving Licence.Who are we?RSE Control Systems is one of the UK’s leading Controls & Automation businesses and the largest within the UK municipal water market.
