This is not a support role, but a structured development experience where you will contribute to real work while building expertise across learning, talent, and organisational capability.You will gain skills across key areas of Learning & Development, gaining exposure to programme design, delivery, and data-driven impact—while developing the commercial awareness, stakeholder capability, and leadership behaviours required for long-term success at RES.This role directly contributes to building a strong internal talent pipeline to support business growth and future workforce needs. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Key responsibilities Build core understanding of RES, L&D operations, and systems:Work in the learning management system (LMS) including content management and assignmentsEnsure onboarding and compliance training routes to the correct employees globallyTrack programme participation and completion (e.g., onboarding, compliance training)Analyse feedback and engagement data to identify trends and opportunitiesSupport reporting for stakeholders and leadershipAssist with scheduling, communications, and logistics across global audiencesWork with People & Culture teams, business leaders, and external vendors Content and learning design:Support development of learning materials (presentations, guides, eLearning, videos) utilising suite of digital authoring toolsContribute to updating and improving existing programmesAssist in embedding RES values and leadership expectations into learning experiencesSupport alignment between learning initiatives and business prioritiesBuild strong working relationships across regionsProgramme delivery and coordination:Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes (virtual and in-person)Ensure strong participant experience across all programmesGather and apply feedback to improve programmes and processesContribute ideas to enhance learner experience and programme effectivenessTake ownership of a defined project aligned to a business priority. Knowledge and skillsInterest in learning, talent, or organisational developmentStrong organisational and project coordination skillsCurious, proactive, and eager to learnStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment QualificationsOrganisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or Education degree.  Minimum (2:1) classification At RES we celebrate difference as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
