This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate‑level candidate with exposure to recruitment, resourcing, or high‑volume administrative work, or for someone with relevant recruitment or administration experience seeking a company that offers genuine career development and progression. This is an internal role reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA).Your responsibilities will include the following:Coordinate interview scheduling and manage hiring manager availabilityManage candidate invitations, confirmations, and interview logistics through tracking applications and maintaining the candidate databasePost and manage job adverts through the database and relevant related sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)Preparing and sending out all offer documentationOrganizing and supporting graduate recruitment efforts on an annual basisProactively sourcing candidates through direct search methods, including LinkedIn and internal talent pools, to build strong shortlists and support hiring needs.Ad-hoc support on tasks or new projects for Recruitment as requiredEnsuring candidates are kept up to date during the recruitment processProvide statistics and reports on candidate activity and manage daily trackersSupporting screening calls for Professional Support and Centre of Excellence junior level rolesHelp manage and respond to queries through the Recruitment admin inboxesEnsure that all candidate data is processed and dealt with in a confidential and sensitive mannerHoliday/absence cover for the Recruitment Team and Carrying out ad-hoc administrative tasks that keep the team running efficientlyAbout You:Prior recruitment experience, either in‑house, within an RPO environment, or agency‑side in recruitment coordination, resourcing administration, or general administration is preferred but not essentialAbility to balance multiple projects and work well under deadlines/high volumeA good working knowledge of MS Office programs – ideally with experience managing Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating diariesGood interpersonal and presentation skills combined with excellent time management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong administrative capabilitiesFlexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing prioritiesInnovative and commercially focusedAbility to maintain confidentialityOur culture at Proxima is unique and is what makes us stand out.
