Working as part of a supportive team and reporting to a Senior Specifications Technologist, you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining and approving product specifications for products produced and supplied on behalf of Premier Foods. You’ll ensure data is accurate, compliant and delivered to the required “Gold” standard across retailer and internal systems. You’ll also play a key role in generating pack copy, reviewing artwork, and responding to technical enquiries relating to allergens, ingredients and nutritional information.
