As we continue to explore how AI can support the business, we are building an internal AI capability designed to bring fresh thinking, experimentation and practical application into a real-world environment.Salary: £38-45k for full time hoursWe are looking for a Graduate AI Developer to join our growing technology team and play a central role in shaping how AI is used across the business. You’ll work directly with the Head of IT and Head of Development, helping define where AI can create value and building solutions that support real operational challenges.From day one, you’ll work on meaningful projects with genuine ownership.
