Are you looking to join a company where your ideas, enthusiasm, and potential will be recognised?If you answered yes to the above questions, we want to hear from you!As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the team in our central Bristol office. As a Graduate Building Surveyor you can expect to be working on real projects across both the private and public sector, including education, defence, healthcare, custodial, residential, culture & heritage, retail, sports & leisure and workplace, to name a few.You will be joining a supportive network as part of a national team, where you will receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development.Your core duties will include:Supporting the preparation of surveys, designs, reports and contract documents, including drawings.General administration of team projects.Supporting senior leads with the delivery of projects.Managing small / medium sized projects as appropriate.Attending meetings/ presentations where appropriate.Supporting / undertaking on-site or other survey work.Ensuring that you understand and comply with all Health & Safety requirements, practices, and procedures.Further DevelopmentAt Pick Everard we have carefully considered your journey as a Graduate, ensuring you have the correct tools and support to thrive.
