You will have opportunity to network with others graduates across the Group and develop key skills such as project management, business and personal effectiveness. Main duties• Support implementation of projects to fully meet the client requirements, in accordance with relevant standards.• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to provide engineering designs that meets the Clients requirements.• Work in preparation of designs, drawings, calculations, and schedules in own discipline.• Support the preparation of scheme evaluations, design statements, tender documents and any other required deliverables.• Grow an understanding of all relevant standards, Codes of Practice, Health & Safety Legislation and current relevant design best practice.• Develop an understanding of BIM standards such as BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO19650.• Engage, where possible, in client, contractor and third party liaison, including review of third party design proposals.• Develop a good understanding of our BMS (Business Management System) procedures. To be considered for this role you would need to have a keen interest in a career within Electrical Engineering Design and come from an Electrical Engineering Study Background too. Right to Work RequirementsWe are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role due to salary thresholds. This entry-level environmental management and field ecology scheme focuses on infrastructure mitigation and protected species monitoring, training recent ecological graduates to conduct habitat assessments, coordinate on-site environmental advice for large-scale construction projects, and interface with contractor teams.About the Role As a result of our ongoing workload with Kier, we are looking for Graduates and experienced Ecologists to aid with project delivery of a large infrastructure project in Bridgwater. This project is situated adjacent to the Somerset Levels with a wide variety of ecological interest including water voles, otters, breeding and wintering birds (including Schedule 1 marsh harrier), bats, great created newts and reptiles.   Your main role will be based on site with duties will including undertaking checks and review of the implemented on-site ecological mitigation, client communications, undertaking surveys from walkovers to protected species surveys, co-ordination with contractors, and reporting. You will work alongside the Ecology Lead to aid with resource planning, risk assessment production and bid work, thereby having an opportunity to increase your commercial skills alongside your technical work.   In addition, the Pell Frischmann ecology team work with a diverse range of schemes and you will be involved with activities on a variety of projects from road, water, rail or housing, throughout the UK. The location of the role will be based out of Bridgwater while on site with your home office in Exeter. Whatever the location some travelling can be expected with stays away from home.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ecological field work and reporting and overseeing the delivery and management of a range of ecological deliverables.
